Product Features:

Cationic polyacrylamide is a water-soluble high-molecular-weight polyelectrolyte. It is non-toxic, odorless, hygroscopic, readily soluble in water, and insoluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and acetone. This product exhibits good molecular chain extension properties, elasticity, stable relative molecular mass, uniform charge distribution, rapid floc formation, fast separation speed, and produces dense, strong flocs with excellent dehydration properties.

Product Uses:

1. As a flocculant, it is used in the treatment of domestic sewage and organic wastewater, such as alcohol wastewater, papermaking wastewater, monosodium glutamate factory wastewater, sugar refining wastewater, feed wastewater, and textile dyeing wastewater. It is also used for sludge sedimentation and dewatering in the treatment of urban sewage and meat, poultry, and food processing wastewater.

2. In the paper industry, it can be used as a paper dry strength agent, retention aid, and filter aid. It can also be used for white water treatment. Simultaneously, it exhibits a significant flocculation effect during deinking.

3. In the mining and coal preparation industries, it can be used as a clarifying agent for mine wastewater and coal washing wastewater.

4. It can be used for the treatment of dyeing wastewater, leather wastewater, and oily wastewater.

5. In phosphoric acid purification, it aids in the separation of gypsum in the wet-process phosphoric acid process.

6. It is used as a flocculant for water treatment of tap water from river sources, especially with better results when used in combination with inorganic flocculants.

7. It is used as a chemical additive in oil fields, such as a clay anti-swelling agent and a thickener for oil field acidification.

The product is packaged in a paper-plastic composite bag, with each bag weighing 25 kg or customized according to customer requirements, and has a shelf life of 1 year.
